Class luncheon

RUMFORD — Members of the Stephens High School Class of 1949 will meet for a luncheon at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28, at Brian’s
Bistro on Congress Street.

Ski passes

RUMFORD — Black Mountain is giving season’s passes for skiing to all of the students in kindergarten, first and second grades in the
new RSU 10 and Holy Savior School. Season’s passes can be obtained at the mountain from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31.There will also be horse drawn wagon rides, the Black Mountain of Maine 5K Trail Race, sausage samples and the Cafe will be open with a few lunch selections.

Craft fair

RUMFORD — The 17th annual Rumford Elementary School Craft Fair will take place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31, at Rumford Elementary School, Lincoln Avenue. There will be jewelry, knit ware, canvas tote bags, wooden crafts, jams, jellies, pickles, holiday crafts, hand spun yarn, goat milk soap, johnny gowns and stamp crafts. Refreshments and lunch will be available. The school will also have a bake sale table, raffle items and children’s crafts for sale. Proceeds from the event benefit the students at Rumford Elementary School.
