SOMERVILLE, Mass. –Jen Marino scored with 6:08 left in the second ovetime to lift Bates to a 2-1 victory over Tufts in the NESCAC title game on Sunday.
Jessie Garguilo put Bates up early in the first half, redirecting a pass from Molly Wagner. Tufts came back and tied the game on an Ariel Samuelson shot that hit off a Bates defender and found its way to the back of the net.
