Carol Bailey String Band, directed by Pat and Jon Bailey of Litchfield, will perform a free Christmas concert at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 16, at the Hope Baptist Church, 726 Western Ave., Manchester. The Heritage music in the program is from around the world. The band is a group of fun-loving folks age 65 and up — up and up!
