I don’t remember when the excise tax was rated on the new price of the vehicle, but that is certainly an unfair tax.

I do remember that when a vehicle got to be a certain age, there was a minimum tax, and that seemed to be fair.

Let’s not hold our breath waiting for elected representatives to introduce a bill that will be fairer; we will turn blue.

I plan on voting “yes” on Question 2, just for that reason. If someone can prove to me that the powers that be will introduce a fairer bill, then I might reconsider my vote.
