Hunters’ breakfast

CHESTERVILLE — The Chesterville Heritage Society will hold its annual hunters’ breakfast from 5:30 to 8:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, at the Chesterville Town Hall, Dutch Gap Road.

The menu will consist of eggs, pancakes, sausage, bacon, home fries, beans, biscuits, fruit salad, coffee, orange juice and cider. The cost for the all you can eat breakfast will be $5 and all are welcome.

The society will also have on sale its historic throw blanket, featuring Chesterville scenes and icons, as well as Chesterville mugs, hunting caps and the 2005 volume, “Chesterville Memories.” Immediately following the breakfast, there will be a craft sale conducted by Sue Gill of North Chesterville. Thanksgiving dinner

FARMINGTON — A Thanksgiving dinner will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, at Trinity United Methodist Church, Route 2. All are welcome and there is no charge.

Bake sale

CHESTERVILLE — The North Chesterville Extension Homemakers will host a bake sale from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, at the Chesterville Town Office. For more information, call 778-3156. 

Monthly social

JAY — The Daughters of Isabella Circle 677 from St. Rose of Lima Church recently held their monthly social.
The evening was a fall setting with a centerpiece of fall colors
on each table. A simple meal was shared and
for dessert, everyone had apple crisp with vanilla ice cream on top.
