F. Carlton Hyde Jr.
1931 – 2009
CLEARWATER, Fla. — F. Carlton Hyde Jr., 78, of Avalon Park, Clearwater, Fla., and formerly of Lewiston, died July 20, from a brief illness.
He was born June 11, 1931, to F. Carlton Hyde Sr. and Beatrice (Chick) Hyde.
He served as a private first class in th Army during the Korean War. He retired from longtime employment at Gieger Bros. of Lewiston. He was a longtime NASCAR fan, enjoyed RVing, and spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Jean Hyde; his children, James Hyde, Anthony Hyde, Judith Hyde, Dianne (Robert) Stevens and Sharon (Dennis) Bolduc; seven grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his parents; and his former wife, Gilberte (Belanger) Hyde-Burdick.
