More than 70 University of Maine at Farmington students, faculty, staff and community members recently took part in a 350 International Day of Climate Action event on the UMF campus. The UMF participants joined people from around the world with creative ways to bring attention to the number "350" to show the global commitment to reducing current elevated levels of carbon dioxide to the safer atmospheric limit of 350 parts per million.
