LEWISTON – This season Lewiston-Auburn residents will have the chance to attend a farmers market at four locations. People will be able to choose from a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, naturally raised meats, eggs, dairy products, fish and lobster, specialty cut flowers and more.

Artists and craftspeople will have work for sale and display. Markets will open the first week in July and run through the month of October. Each market will have a selection of vendors with a focus on artisans in Auburn.

The markets will have grand openings on the following dates: Friday, July 3, from 2 to 6 p.m., at the Great Falls Art Center, Main and Academy streets, Auburn.

Tuesday, July 7, from 2 to 6 p.m., at Kennedy Park, Pine and Bates streets, Lewiston.

Wednesday, July 8, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at St. Mary’s Health System, Lafayette and Campus avenues, Lewiston.

Thursday, July 9, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., in the hallway of Central Maine Medical Center, 60 High St., Lewiston.
