Girls invited to tea

HARTFORD – A “Little Princess Tea Party” will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 20, at the Hartford Town Hall, Route 140. Cost is $3 a person.

The party will include the formal tea party, special music performance, children’s book reading and silent auction. Proceeds will benefit Hartford Community Church Christian Education Programs.

The silent auction includes two paintings by Conrad Alan Ray, a local artist who donates a watercolor or two every year for this fundraiser. There will also be 25 to 30 Barbie dolls, all dressed in handmade fancy gowns. There will also be a surprise.
