New officers have been elected for the women’s a cappella barbershop chorus, Maine-ly Harmony. From left are Anne Danforth of Chelsea, president; Jan Flowers of Winterport, vice president; Sheryl Whitmore of Auburn, secretary; Gerry Dostie of Augusta, treasurer; Martha Tait of Whitefield and Amanda Hutchings of Gardiner, both board members at large. The installation was conducted by Debbie Greim of Lewiston and assisted by Lisa Lee of Jefferson. The chorus is directed by Kathy Greason of Hallowell and is open to all girls and women. Members come from many towns and cities across the state. The chorus meets at 6:30 p.m. Wednesdays, in Building 207 at the Togus VA complex in Augusta.
