LHS class plans reunion

LEWISTON – The Lewiston High School classes of 1968 and 1969 are planning a 40th class reunion to be held on Saturday, July 25, at the Elks Lodge, 1675 Lisbon Rd. A social will run from 6 to 8 p.m. with snacks and a cash bar. The band Ram, formerly Terry and the Telstars, will perform from 8 to 11 p.m.

Classmates will also provide entertainment throughout the evening. Tickets are $15 a person or $25 a couple. Make checks payable to “LHS Class Reunion ’68 & ’69.”

Members of the class of 1969 should mail checks to Jil Dionne, 256 Poland Corner Road, Poland, ME, 04274. Class of 1968 members should mail checks to Connie Jacques Chretien, 297 Randall Rd., Lewiston, ME, 04240. Checks should me mailed no later than May 31. Members should respond early, as seating is limited.

A nine-hole golf tournament will be held that day, at Apple Valley Golf Course, Pinewoods Road. The cost is $21 a cart, $15 walking.
