Two Rumford Area Rotary Club members, husband and wife Dave and Patty Duguay, became Paul Harris fellows recently. The fellowship is named for the founder of Rotary in Chicago in 1905. Any Rotarian who contributes $1,000, or a multiple of $1,000, is designated a Paul Harris Fellow and recognized by the club with a Paul Harris Fellow medallion, lapel pin and certificate.
