AUBURN – The First Universalist Church of Auburn, Unitarian Universalist, has announced Clara Bolduc as its new director of religious exploration.
Bolduc oversees and coordinates the children’s activities for the church, including Sunday morning classes.
Bolduc brings her background in special education and the creative arts to this position.
She has volunteered her time over the years for a variety of religious, social justice and community arts organizations, most notably as the founder and director of the Kurland Mural Project in South Africa.
Bolduc has also worked as a teacher at the Renaissance School in Auburn.
Bolduc lives in Auburn with her husband, Glen, and their sons, Simon and Nelson.
The religious exploration program prepares young people for the joys and challenges of life through exploration of world religions, experience in community service and an understanding of the seven principles of Unitarian Universalism.
