Claudette Merchant, member and past president of Farmington Emblem Club 460 two times, was presented a bouquet of roses by President Sylvia Richards at the June meeting. Merchant earned her master’s degree in special education recently. She has worked at Cascade Brook School for several years as an ed tech in special education.
