LIVERMORE FALLS – The Livermore Falls-Jay Senior Citizens met at Murray Hall on Dec. 17 with 43 members present. Chairwoman Shirley Couture made announcements of upcoming events.

It was reported that Dora Slovak is still on the sick list and Marie Leblanc fell and broke two vertebrae. Mary Potter and Theresa Bilodeau were welcomed back. The hall was decorated by Couture and other members.

John Demoras won the door prize of a basket filled with holiday items. Cindy Hebert brought a jar of Christmas candy and members were asked to guess the number of pieces. Aurelien Couture won.

A meal was catered by Janice Sweeney, then members played the annual rip-off game.

Members will meet again on Monday, Jan. 7.
