American Legion Post 112, Oxford, with the Cub and Boy Scouts of Unit 196 in Oxford, are retiring and destroying an American flag with respect and honor. The flag will be replaced with a bright new flag. The disposal ceremony was under the direction of Adjutant Joe Bernard.
