Frank Montana, left, a recent graduate of Elm Street School in Mechanic Falls, was recently named Student of the Month by the Tri-Town Optimists of Mechanic Falls, Minot and Poland. With Frank is Dana Lee, president of the club. The Tri-Town Optimist Club is affiliated with Optimist International. The club works on projects to benefit area youth and the community.
