PARIS – How do we know what Earth was like thousands (even millions) of years ago? Come to the Paris Public Library Children’s room on Wednesday, June 27 from 1 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. to find out.

This program is for children through age 12.

The event will include a hands-on learning experience titled “Mysteries of History.” Children will learn about fossils – how they are found, what we learn from them, and even how to make your own. Jim Chandler, a natural history expert and teacher, will be be on hand to present his knowledge to the children. This program is part of the Paris Public Library’s summer reading program, “Investigate Some Good Books at Paris Public Library.”
