The Jay Hill Neighborhood Watch met March 20 with Jay Police Officer Stephen Wilkinson, right, who heads the program, in charge. The topic was K-9 use in tracking suspects and drug searches. Deputy David Rackliff, left, was the speaker. He did a demonstration with his dog. The next meeting will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 17, at the Jay Community Building. Wilkinson hopes to build attendance and all residents are welcome.
