The office of student affairs at the New Hampshire Community Technical College, Berlin, N.H., has announced that Kevin Libby has been accepted in the mobile equipment technology program. Libby will be a 2007 graduate of Jay High School. Libby is employed at Buddy T’s in Lewiston as a cook’s helper. He is the son of Greg and Rachel Libby of Jay.
