John William Godfrey of Winthrop has graduated with the degree of juris doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University, New York, N.Y. Godfrey is a 1998 graduate of Winthrop High School and 2002 graduate of Bucknell University, Lewisburg, Pa. He is employed as a trial attorney in the public defender’s office in New York City.

Godfrey is the son of Connie and Al Godfrey of Winthrop and the grandson of Lucienne and Aurel Roy of Lewiston.
