Q: As you know from the recent news, the declining economy has caused Congress to pass a bailout. People are losing their homes, and jobs. How has the declining economy affected your life? Have you or your parents had to cut back on anything?

A: I’ve noticed that we have had to cut back going out to eat and shopping. The economy is also affecting the school system.

A: Yes, the price of oil has affected my family with the high prices of oil to heat our house.
