Lindsey Guerin, daughter of Julie Guerin of Auburn and Michael Guerin of Sabattus, is a recipient of the dean’s award for academic excellence during the fall semester at Colgate University, where she is a member of the Class of 2006.
To be eligible, a student must achieve a 3.30 or higher average while carrying a full course load of four courses a semester.
A 2002 graduate of Edward Little High School, Guerin is concentrating in English and classical studies. She is a member of the Chain Maille Club and is president of the Taijutsu Club. She is a research and publishing assistant for one of the archeology professors this semester.
