PARIS – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court.

Richard W. Grant Jr., 27, Oxford, furnishing liquor to a minor on Sept. 28, found guilty, fined $200.

Brian D. Hawley, 21, Oxford, operating an ATV on a public way on July 21, offense committed, fined $75.

Michael L. Heikkinen, 35, South Paris, violating condition of release on Nov. 26, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Edward Michael Herrmann, 25, West Paris, operating while license suspended or revoked, attaching false plates, operating after registration suspended and violating condition of release on Aug. 16, found guilty on first charge, fined $500; second and third charge dismissed; found guilty on fourth charge, fined $200.

Dennis W. Holden, 42, Otisfield, allowing a dog to be at large and keeping a dangerous dog on June 19, first charge dismissed; offense committed on second charge, fined $200.

Scott C. Holden, 20, Portland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, assault and violating condition of release on April 25, found guilty on first charge, fined $300; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $200.

Stephen C. Holden, 43, Otisfield, violating condition of release on Nov. 16, found guilty, sentenced to four days.

Bradley S. Howe, 46, South Paris, operating under the influence on Dec. 31, 2004, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 72 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Eugene F. Hurley, 52, Medfield, Mass., operating under the influence on Aug. 27, sent to jury trial.

Dana V. Ingerson Jr., 19, Oxford, possession of marijuana on June 17, adjudicated, fined $350.

Victoria L. Jipson, 37, South Paris, obstructing government administration and disorderly conduct on Sept. 15, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $100.

Wayne P. Jones, 35, Malden, Mass., unlawfully permitting ATV operation on June 25, 1995, dismissed.

Brandon W. Kenney, 18, South Paris, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and transportation of drugs by a minor on April 8, both charges dismissed.

William E. Kenney, 21, Lewiston, operating an ATV under the influence on Sept. 24, found guilty, fined $500.

William E. Kenney, 20, Lewiston, consuming liquor by a minor on Sept. 24, offense committed, fined $75.

Matt T. Kiley, 24, Oxford, burning without a permit on Oct. 22, found guilty, fined $100.

Ronald Lachapelle, 26, Minot, criminal mischief and violating condition of release on June 24, both charges dismissed; also charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 16, offense committed, fined $300.

Steven M. Lamontagne, 21, Norway, driving to endanger and assault on May 27, found guilty on both charges, fined $350 and license suspended 30 days on first charge; fined $350 on second charge.

Steven M. Lamontagne, 21, Otisfield, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 29, found guilty, fined $200.

Edwin Lego, 47, obstructing public ways on July 3, dismissed.

Diana R. Marquis, 27, Auburn, failing to make an oral or written accident report on Sept. 11, found guilty, fined $100.

Kendra A. Marshall, 22, South Paris, operating under the influence on June 19, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Alden R. Mason, 33, Waterford, criminal trespass on Aug. 10, dismissed.

Sarah Mason, 19, Norway, criminal mischief on Aug. 15, sent to jury trial.

Shawn A. Mason, 18, Otisfield, driving to endanger on June 5, dismissed.

David Mayberry, 27, Oxford, two counts of allowing a dog to be at large and two counts of keeping a dangerous dog on July 22, first charge dismissed; offence committed on second, third and fourth charges, fined $150 on second charge; fined $200 for each on third and fourth charges; also charged with out of door burning violation on Sept. 24, found guilty, fined $100.

David Mayberry, 27, Norway, two counts of allowing a dog to be at large on Aug. 5, both charges dismissed.

Eugene E. McAllister, 67, North Waterford, operating under the influence on Oct. 14, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Jennifer McAllister, 26, West Bethel, criminal trespass and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 10, both charges dismissed.

Canda S. Mitchell, 58, Norway, failure to register a vehicle on Aug. 24, waived, fined $100.

Christopher J. Morgan, 28, South Paris, violating condition of release on Nov. 22, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Tenner J. Mower, 24, Portland, burning without a permit on Aug. 7, found guilty, fined $100.

Shelby Murch, 22, Bridgton, assault on May 17, dismissed.

Brandy M. Nichols, 24, Lewiston, assault on July 16, dismissed.

Vincenzo Palumbo, 57, Montreal, Quebec, criminal speed on Aug. 21, dismissed.

Joseph M. Paradis, 38, Everett, Mass., use of artificial light to illuminate wild animals on Nov. 5, waived, fined $200.

Paul M. Paradis, 27, Revere, Mass., use of artificial light to illuminate wild animals on Nov. 5, waived, fined $200.

Christopher K. Patton, 52, Lexington, Mass., driving to endanger on July 16, filed, fined $250.

Mark J. Pezzano, 43, Buckfield, permitting a person under 10 to operate an ATV on Oct. 7, waived, fined $100.

Gard Plummer, 66, South Paris, assault on May 31, sent to jury trial.

Charles E. Poland, 42, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on June 3, found guilty, fined $1,000.

John J. Ponte Jr., 55, Hebron, criminal mischief on Feb. 28, dismissed.

Barry W. Rich, 49, Oxford, creating a false public alarm or report and unsworn falsification on Aug. 16, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 72 hours for each charge.

Patricia Robert, 48, West Paris, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on June 3, found guilty, fined $1,000.

Michael A. Roberts, 48, Norway, sex offender failing to register or update information on Nov. 10, 2002, Feb. 10, 2003, and May 10, 2003, all charges dismissed.
