Steven Roy of Manchester was promoted to Master Sergeant in the Maine Army National Guard. Roy serves as a senior supervisor of the Recruiting and Retention Command in the Lewiston office for the Maine Army National Guard.

Roy graduated from Maranacook Community High School in Readfield. He attended Southern Maine Vocational Technical Institute in South Portland. He and his wife, Heidi, reside in Manchester.

Paul Pratt of Portland was also promoted to Master Sergeant in the Maine Army National Guard. He serves as a senior supervisor of the Recruiting and Retention Command in the Portland office. Pratt graduated from Gray-New Gloucester High School and attended Husson College in Bangor. Pratt and his wife, Debra, reside in Portland.
