LEWISTON – Judging for this year’s 13th Great Falls Balloon Festival Photo Contest has recently been completed. Out of 140 photo entries, 10 people will receive awards. Winners are as follows:

Age 18 and under category: first, Laura Look, Mechanic Falls; second, Woody Mawhinney, Auburn; third, Nick Riebeshehl, Waquoit, Mass.

Adult category: first, Diane Mawhinney, Auburn; second, Scott Record, Lewiston; third, Sharon Albiston, Auburn; honorable mention, Jennifer Weeman, Steep Falls, Heather Stiffel and Susan Grant, Lewiston; best of show, Lori Robert of Greene.

There will be a special reception to view all photos entered in the contest plus an awards ceremony for the winning entries from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 30, at St. Mary’s Woman’s Center Pavilion, main lobby entrance, Sabattus Street. All are welcome.
