You might have heard girls saying that they absolutely love Hairspray and thought they were “just being girls.” But, it probably got interesting when you heard the boys saying the same thing. I bet you’re confused, so let me give you the details. These people are NOT talking about the type of Hairspray you use for hair; they are talking about the MOVIE, “Hairspray” that came out this summer. The movie is based on a Broadway musical. It contains singing and dancing, and not only that, but the songs and moves are so spectacular that you want-to watch the movie again and again … and AGAIN!

There is a wonderful cast for this movie, how about I tell you who they are? Not only starring, but introducing Nikki Blonsky, and costarring Amanda Byres, Zac Efi-on, Brittany Snow, Elijah Kelley, Queen Latifah, James Marsden, Christopher Walker, John Travolta, and Michelle Pfeiffer.

“Hairspray came out to theater’s on July 20 and is now just out on DVD, just in time for Christmas! (hint, hint) If you haven’t seen this movie, I feel sorry for you because you are missing out on a wonderful experience. I give “Hairspray” two thumbs up and five stars. But, you’ll never know just how good it is if you don’t see it for yourself.
