RICHMOND – The 75th annual reunion of the descendants of James Lamb Clan of Lamont was held at the home of Gordon and Ruth Sherman. To celebrate the 75th event, all who wished had lobster and clams for dinner.

The oldest member present was Marjorie Brown, 85; youngest, Aurora Sherman, born July 27. Elaine L. Blossom, George, Marcia and Emily Duenkel traveled the greatest distance, from North Branford, Conn.

The following officers were elected: President, James Lamb; vice president, Sayward Lamb; secretary/treasurer, Jeanne L. Whittemore; and historian, Cathy Lovett.

It was voted to meet at Jim and Chris Lamb’s home, Oxford, on Aug. 20, 2006.
