BURLINGTON, Vt. – The following area students have been named to the dean’s list for the spring 2005 semester at the University of Vermont.

Jeanelle Demers of Auburn, a freshman nutrition and food sciences major in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.

Rebecca Geiger of Auburn, a sophomore mathematics major in the College of Engineering and Math.

Eric Hoke of Brunswick, a freshman political science major in the College of Arts and Sciences.

Juliet Nicita of Brunswick, a junior professional nursing major in the College of Nursing and Health Sciences.

Caitlin Diggles of Raymond, a sophomore psychology major in the College of Arts and Sciences.

To be named to the dean’s lists, students must have a grade-point average of 3.0 or better and rank in the top 20 percent of their class in their respective college or school.
