Mondays got you in a slump. Do you just have trouble getting up and feel tired all day? Well maybe you should try some things to get rid of the Monday morning blues.
When I get up on Monday morning I always try to think of something that will excite me about the day, the smallest thing will help. Like packing a desert for my lunch or thinking of something coming up, like a special Class such as P.E. The little things make it easier. Try to think of seeing your friend or visiting with your family. If you can’t think of anything think of how Tuesday is coming. All the little things can help you through the day, you just have to learn to pay attention to them. They always get me ready for the day. It won’t always help, but it does make it so you’re not in a bad mood every Monday.
