FARMINGTON – The Thursday, May 6, supper/meeting of Farmington “Emblem Club 460 will honor the club’s choice of Citizen of the Year for 2004.

Members are asked to submit names of those they think deserve to be honored as the club’s choice. The names and qualifications are read and voted on by members.
