JAY – The Western Mountain Women’s Connection and Western Mountain Women’s After 5 Club will meet Tuesday, May 4, from 11:30 to 1 p.m. and from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at LaFleur’s Restaurant.

A networking time will be held for business women from 6 to 6:30 p.m. These groups are sponsored by Stonecroft Ministries, an international organization having no membership or dues, with approximately 1,500 established groups in the U.S. and Canada and about 80 in foreign countries. They are interchurch and all women of the area are invited. Janice Zurlo, an independent consultant for Premier Designs Jewelry, will have her jewelry modeled and displayed. Guest speaker Bonnilee Ashley of Kansas City, Mo., who has a career in public relations and administration, will relate how she overcame fear. Soloist Cynthia Libby, a recording artist residing in Dixfield, will provide special music.

Reservations for the luncheon and complimentary nursery are essential and may be made by phoning Barbara at 645-4941 or Betsey at 562-8395. Reservations for the dinner are also necessary (no child care provided) and may be made by phoning Ada at 778-4217 or Helen at 645-9650. The cost for the luncheon and/or dinner is $11 including tax and gratuity.

An invitation is extended to all area women to attend. It is recommended that early reservations be made. Park at the back of the restaurant in the function parking area.
