NORWAY – The message will be “Strength to Admit and Pay for Past Wrongs” at the 11 a.m. service Sunday, Feb. 22, at the Norway Unitarian Universalist Church. The pastor is the Rev. Joy Gasta, with Music Director Heather Pierson and the choir. Religious education starts at 11:15 a.m. Children attend the first part of the service with their parents.
Cabin fever
WEST PARIS – Cabin Fever Countdown continues at the West Paris Unitarian Universalist Church on Main Street. Thursday afternoons from 1 to 3:30 the church opens its doors to the community for crafts, games, puzzles and more. on Thursday, Feb. 19, in addition to the above activities, Nancy Willard will lead a tai chi demonstration. Tai chi is low impact exercise which can be done by almost everyone.
On Thursday, Feb. 26, one part of the cabin fever program will be a group discussion on aging, led by the Rev. Joy Gasta. These afternoon programs are free. Snacks and drinks are available. Everyone is welcome. For more information call Beverly Stevens, 674-2481.
