FARMINGTON – Mount Blue Middle School recently held its annual school spelling bee and came up with six finalists, plus one alternate, to represent the school in the district competition at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 11, at the Cascade Brook School.

Representing the school will be the following: First, Sam Cohen, Farmington; second, Emily Leavitt, East Wilton; third, Randy Dock, Farmington; fourth, Michelle Oswald, Jay; fifth, Matt Allen, Wilton; sixth, Lauren Kerr, Farmington; alternate, Kim Hutchinson, New Sharon.
