STRONG – The Strong Elementary School will host a Scholastic Book Fair Dec. 1 to Dec. 5. The fair will offer the most popular books and educational products for all ages, including the newest titles, award winners, classics and interactive products from more than 150 publishers.

Parents, children, teachers and the community are invited to “Hats off to Reading,” the theme of the fair. The fair will be open each day from

7:45 a.m. to 3 p.m., and will feature a special family event with door prizes and games from 3 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 4.

Strong Elementary School will use funds raised at the fair to purchase essential classroom resources and increase the school library’s titles. Contact the school librarian, Judee Nile at 684-3521, extension 101, during normal school hours for more information.
