LEWISTON – St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center’s Take Charge! – A Community Health Risk Screening Program will offer a screening A community screening will be held from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 4, in the Fleet Room at St. Mary’s. Call Prevention and Wellness at 777-8898 to make an appointment.

Managed by St. Mary’s Prevention and Wellness program, Take Charge! promotes individual and community health through the identification of health risks and disease indicators.

The screening includes a complete lipid profile, glucose measurement, pulmonary function profile, blood pressure measurement, immediate customized feedback, referral process to an appropriate physician and supportive education and health change programs.
