BETHEL – Western Mountains Senior College will hold its annual meeting at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 22, in the dining room of the West Parish Congregational Church. At this meeting, new board members will be elected and they will review the activities and classes of the past year, and take suggestions for additional offerings. Refreshments will be served.

Anyone interested in learning about the Senior College movement and all current members are encouraged to attend.

Bridge winners announced

RUMFORD – Winners at the Rumford Duplicate Bridge Club on Sept. 18 were: first, Marilyn and Eric Shalburg; second, Paula Humbert and Lillian Irish; third, Anna Cormier and Woody Mericer.

The last game of this season will be Thursday Sept. 25.
