The sixth, seventh, and eighth graders at St. Joseph School have prayer partners; buddies in the lower grades. The eighth graders have the energetic kindergartners and Pre-Kindergartners. The seventh have the first graders and sixth have second graders. The activities such as making crafts and performing the Morning Prayer together. Prayer partners are present to take the younger kids to church for masses so they will be safer in their travels. Having prayer partners teaches the older students to be more responsible because the young students need guidance and require a lot of attention. The students also sit with them at church to help them learn church etiquette. Prayer partners help to spread our knowledge to the younger children.
