LEWISTON – Central Maine Medical Center will host a Diabetes Fair from 8:30 a.m. to noon Friday, April 25, in the Conference Center on the terrace level of the 12 High Street Medical Office Complex.

Beginning at 9 a.m., Dr. William J. Phillips, director of diagnostic and interventional cardiology at the Central Maine Heart and Vascular Institute, will discuss “Cardiac Intervention in Diabetes: Problems and Promises.”

Tours of the Central Maine Medical Center Wellness Center will be offered beginning at 10 followed by a cooking demonstration at 11.

The event will also feature a free foot examination for those who are not seeing a podiatrist. To schedule a time for a foot exam, call 795-2735.
