Bonnet parade
OXFORD – Lake Thompson Senior Citizens will meet at 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 17, at the American Legion Hall on Route 121. There will be an Easter bonnet parade and a silent auction. Those attending should bring their own place settings for dinner at noon, served by Rock-O-Dundee Snowmobile Club. New members and guests are welcome.
Library tutorials

Gospel concert
WEST PARIS — Diane Muise of Auburn will present a concert of gospel music at 7 p.m. Friday, April 25, at the West Paris Baptist Church. Muise has toured in the United States and Canada and won awards for her singing and songwriting.
The public is invited. There is no admission, but a freewill offering will be held for the Muise Music Ministry.
Grange fair set
WEST PARIS – West Paris Grange 298 will hold a spring fair and flea market starting at 9 a.m. Saturday, May 10, at the West Paris Grange Hall, Church Street. The event includes plant and bulb sale, flea market, crafts, baked goods and luncheon. For table rental call 674-3872.
Food for pantries
PARIS – Ron and Grace Morrill, owners of Curves for Women in Lewiston, Auburn and South Paris, report that their clubs took part in Curves International’s national Food for Friends food drive during March.
The Lewiston Curves collected 1,368 pounds of food, which was donated to the food pantry at the Dominican Sisters in Sabattus. The Auburn Curves collected 870 pounds, donated to the Seventh-day Adventist Church, Minot Avenue, Auburn. The South Paris Curves collected 775.5 pounds of food, which was donated to the Oxford Hills Food Pantry.
