TOPSHAM – Navy Reserve Petty Officer 1st Class Martha A. Breedlove, a resident of Topsham, recently received her fourth Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for four years of outstanding service at Personnel Support Activity Detachment, Fallon, Nev.

While serving as supervisor, Breedlove processed more than 4,000 separations, retirements, transfers, re-enlistments, extensions and commissioning packages. She also managed all Navy pay and personnel matters for Joint Task Force Olympics. Breedlove served as an ambassador for her community, volunteering for Partners in Education, the American Cancer Society Walk for Life and coaching two youth soccer teams.

Breedlove is assigned to Patrol Squadron 92, Naval Air Station Brunswick.
