AUBURN – Two cars parked on Main Street, just south of Elm Street, Friday night were hit by a vehicle driven by Steven Grenier, 37, of 403 White Oak Hill, Poland. Grenier was later charged with operating under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident.

A 1999 Honda owned by David Elder, 59, was parked on Main Street as was a 1995 Hyundai owned by Shane Lewis, 21. According to the accident report, Grenier’s 2002 Mercury hit Lewis’ car, creating an estimated $8,000 in damage. Lewis’ car then hit the rear of Elder’s, creating an estimated $2,500 in damage.
