• Wilson M. Downs, 50, of Ocklawaha, Fla., March 15, aggravated drug trafficking, illegal importation of scheduled drugs, $75,000 cash or $150,000 surety bail, Bethel Police Department.

• Eugenie R. Macie, 49, of Ocklawaha, Fla., March 15, aggravated drug trafficking, illegal importation of scheduled drugs, $75,000 cash or $150,000 surety bail, Bethel Police Department.

• Thomas E. Averill, 42, of Peru, March 15, reckless conduct with a firearm, two counts of cruelty to animals, $500 bail, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

• Shawn M. Littlefield, 27, of Harrison, March 16, Oxford County Superior Court warrant for revocation of bail, no bail listed as of March 16, transported from Cumberland County.
