PARIS – The Founder’s Day event on Paris Hill will celebrate its 30th birthday this year.
The celebration, which benefits the Hamlin Memorial Library and Museum, will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday at the green on the hill’s summit.
The private antique automobile collection of Robert Bahre, which features more than 60 vehicles, will be on display. Admission to the display will cost $8 for adults and $2 for children.
There is no charge for other events, which include music, craft vendors, horse and wagon rides around Paris Hill, face painting and homemade food.
Raffles will take place throughout the day, including a 50-50 raffle to benefit the library and the raffling of a car by the Lion’s Club.
From 2 to 4 p.m., Scott Logan will appraise small, portable antiques that visitors bring to the fair.
