PARIS – Three people pleaded not guilty Monday to charges pending against them in Oxford County Superior Court.

Kerry Fenner, 19, of Kitridge Brook Road in West Paris, pleaded not guilty to Class C criminal threatening. Fenner is accused of threatening a 46-year-old woman with a knife on Jan. 19. According to a police affidavit, Fenner denied the accusation and said the woman attacked him with a bat.

Carrie A. Hagar, 31, of Sweden Road in Waterford, pleaded not guilty to Class C marijuana cultivation and Class D unlawful trafficking in marijuana. Hagar and her husband, James D. Hagar, were both indicted on the charges in April and accused of growing more than 100 marijuana plants.

Their indictment lists an address on Country Club Road in Norway. James Hagar has not yet been arraigned.

Bruce W. Griffin, 37, of High Street in Paris, pleaded not guilty to Class C unlawful furnishing of cocaine.

The defendants are free on bail. No trial dates were set.
