• Charles Edward Lavallee, 38, of Upton, April 26, reckless conduct, criminal threatening, kidnapping, $50,000 cash or $150,000 surety bail, Maine State Police.

• Luke Ryan Clough, 23, of Madison, N.H., April 26, Oxford County Superior Court warrant for elevated aggravated assault, kidnapping, robbery and criminal threatening, $20,000 bail, Fryeburg Police Department.

• Eric Wesley Thibodeau, 34, of Oxford, April 26, criminal restraint, criminal trespass, $300 bail, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office and Fryeburg Police Department.

• Alvin Justin Hathorne, 56, of Sebago, April 26, operating under the influence, operating without a license, $300 bail, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

• Bobby Ray Trotter, 49, of Peru, April 27, domestic assault, $500 bail, Mexico Police Department.
