Diambro, 23, homeless, failure to appear on a charge of operating under the influence at Oxford County District Court, failure to appear a charge of operating under the influence at Lewiston District Court, $500 cash bail or $5,000 secured, failure to submit to arrest, $1,500 cash bail, July 12, Rumford Police Department.

• Timothy Scott Caldwell, 21, Hiram, failure to appear for motion, enforced payment restitution, July 11, Bridgton District Court, no bail.

• Benjamin Landis Tupas, 18, Lovell, operating under the influence, July 11, self-commital, sentenced to 48 hours by Bridgton District Court.

• Ashley M. Smith, 19, Oxford, possession of a suspended license, refusal to submit to arrest, obstruction of government administration, July 11, Norway Police Department, $500 unsecured bail when sober.

• Natasha L. Dubois, 19, Lewiston, operating under the influence, July 11, Norway Police Department, $500 unsecured bail when sober.

• Thomas H. Sweetser, 42, Bryant Pond, domestic assault, obstructing the report of a crime or injury, July 11, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office, $500 cash bail.

• Glenn G. Golden, 47, Norway, operating after suspension, operating under the influence, self commital, sentenced to two years, all but six months suspended, by Oxford County District Court on July 10.
