SOUTH PARIS – Landowners rights and responsibilities will be the topic of a panel presentation hosted by the western Maine chapter of the Small Woodland Owners Association of Maine. It will begin at 7 p.m. Thursday in the Forum at Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School.
Panel members will be Inland Fisheries and Wildlife Sgt. Chris Simmons, South Paris attorney Dana Hanley and landowner Donald Feeney of Bryant Pond.
A question-and-answer time will follow the presentations. The association’s educational programs are open to everyone at no charge.
