Richard Donald Dillon, 53, Norway, domestic assault, criminal threatening, Jan. 22, Norway police, $100 cash.

Scott L. Coffin, 36, Woodstock, false public alarm, Jan. 22, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office, $200 cash bail, no alcohol, random testing.

Jesse Richard Arsenault, 19, Peru, receiving stolen property, violation of condition of release, Jan. 21, Maine State Police, no bail allowed.

Alexander S. Strother, 36, Harrison, failure to pay fines for operating after suspension, Jan. 21, Maine State Police, $1,245 cash bail.
