HARTFORD – The Board of Selectmen will hold a special meeting at 9 a.m. today at the Town Office to discuss how to run an election for the town clerk position.

Acting Town Clerk Zoe Cowett said the selectmen are trying to decide whether to have candidates file nomination papers or to accept nominations from the floor at town meeting.
